PROCESS QUALITY

Quality is not a claim. It is verifiable evidence.

An event becomes useful when it can be linked to a pathway, version, activity, actor, time and reason.

A history you can reconstruct

Append-only audit and immutable Journey Versions preserve significant operations. Evidence links controls, detection, escalation, mitigation and overrides to the process context. Resolving an exception does not remove its origin.

Concrete questions, observable indicators

A baseline agreed with the facility enables benefit measurement without invented ROI. Dimensions include completeness at checkpoints, exception frequency and age, resolution times, delays and failed communications.

  • Which activities remain incomplete at T−2 / T−1?
  • Which exceptions recur most often?
  • How long does resolution take after detection?
  • Which overrides suggest a process review?

From process data to evolving views

The audit and event foundation is present in the software. Trends, Journey Version comparisons, recurrence analysis and pilot Quality reports/exports are planned under SURG-46–50. They are not presented as operational dashboards already available.

FMEA-ready, with a precise boundary

Events allow reconstruction of organizational failure modes, controls, detection and mitigation. FMEA-ready means reusable evidence for organizational risk analysis: not a complete FMEA module, RPN/P×I×R calculation or automated clinical risk management.

Let’s build your first Journey together.
