01 / SOLHEA

READY

The configured organizational requirements are satisfied. The journey can continue according to facility procedures. This status does not certify fitness for surgery.

ATTENTION

Organizational conditions need attention: deadlines, requirements or checks to examine. Reasons identify the point that needs intervention.

03 / SOLHEA

NOT READY

One or more blocking organizational requirements are not satisfied. Staff can open the related activity or exception and take ownership of the issue.

People retain control

Decisions use configured rules and explicit reason codes, not generative scores. An authorized override keeps the reason, actor and audit, distinguishing computed from effective readiness. Patients see activities and confirmations rather than these statuses.
