Design the pathway
Journey Builder organizes the process into PRE-OP, DAY OF and POST-OP. Each activity has instructions, responsibilities, mandatory requirements and deadlines relative to the scheduled event. An Organization can manage several Facilities with configurations and permissions within its scope.
- Reusable templates and derived drafts
- T−n / D+n deadlines and the Facility timezone
- Patient activities and staff-only checks

Publish without rewriting the past
DRAFT → PUBLISHED → RETIRED: publication validates the configuration and makes the version immutable. Changing the process means creating a new draft. Journeys already started remain linked to their original version, including form definitions.
- Validation before publication
- Configuration cloning
- Audit of administrative operations

Questionnaires that activate the process
Short or long text, yes/no, single or multiple choices, dates and acknowledgements: configurable forms concern organizational information. An answer can trigger an event or flag an exception, such as being unable to attend an appointment. The system does not interpret symptoms or clinical conditions.

The date changes. The history remains.
Rescheduling recalculates applicable deadlines while preserving completed activities and history. Cancellation stops irrelevant future actions. Triggers, persistent jobs and events connect process steps; end-to-end SMS reminders remain a planned development.
