Commercial requests
The form collects name, work email, organization, role, subject and message. Submissions are disabled in this configuration and fields remain in the browser. The fallback opens the email program; email handling follows SOLHEA procedures to be formalized.

Before activating an endpoint, define controller, purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention, rights, privacy contacts and provider DPAs where required. Configure abuse prevention and minimization on the receiving side. Acknowledgement is not presented as general consent.
