Start with reliable sources
External identifiers and REST application commands support links with the facility’s context. Manual onboarding validates the process before complex integration. Structured imports and dedicated flows must be qualified in the project.

HIS and standards: gradual development
Adapters for HIS, management and booking systems depend on the system used. HL7/FHIR are project developments limited to permitted organizational fields. No active integration with a specific vendor is claimed.

Select rather than import everything
Clinical payloads, reports and unnecessary data are excluded. Mapping must be agreed with process, privacy and integration stakeholders. Interchangeable communication providers remain separate from the Journey engine.
