A consistent identity
The facility logo, display name, palette and public contacts personalize Staff and Patient. Corporate colours do not rewrite status semantics. Arbitrary CSS or layouts that compromise readability and security are not accepted.

Four interface languages
Italian, German, English and Spanish are implemented for the main product surfaces. Centralized catalogues, a selector and deterministic fallback accompany local formatting. Custom Journey text is not automatically translated.

Assigned subdomains, separate access
The control plane governs hostnames. Staff and Patient have separate surfaces; the public site does not identify tenants or share sessions. Organizations and Facilities support multi-site structures with specific scopes.

Customer domains: an option to qualify
A facility-owned domain requires DNS, TLS, routing, Identity Provider and isolation design and testing. It is a future option rather than an already available commercial configuration.
