COMMUNICATIONS AND AUTOMATION

The right moment. With explicit controls.

Deadlines can trigger organizational actions. A reliable process requires duplicate prevention, reconciliation and error handling.

Journey-linked automation

T−n / D+n offsets and the Facility timezone anchor actions to the event. Persistent jobs, idempotency and rescheduling management reduce duplication and irrelevant actions. Important asynchronous effects pass through dedicated boundaries.

Esendex Italy: code present, live sending inactive

The adapter is integrated and verified offline through simulated tests. It handles tenant-scoped recipients, correlation, acceptance separate from delivery, status polling and precautionary holds after uncertain timeouts. It is not an SMS service already activated for customers.

Controlled templates implemented in code

SURG-28 introduces customizable text, approved placeholders, previews, segment counts, versions and SOLHEA defaults. Invitations, SMS OTPs, end-to-end reminders and recovery from permanent failures are planned.

  • SURG-29: invitations and SMS OTPs
  • SURG-30/31: reminders and operational recovery
  • Additional providers through ports/adapters

04 / SOLHEA

A gate separate from development

Sender identity, credentials, quotas, DPAs, privacy policy and tests with controlled recipients require verification before activation. Organizational messages contain no clinical information; OTPs and tokens must not appear in logs.

Let’s build your first Journey together.
